As your 3(38) Fiduciary Investment Manager under ERISA Safe Harbor rules, we take on the responsibility of selecting and managing a diverse menu of investment options tailored to your plan’s goals. Selection and ongoing monitoring of the default investment option (QDIA)

We help select a Qualified Default Investment Alternative (QDIA) for participants who do not actively choose investments, ensuring their assets are managed prudently. We continually monitor the QDIA to ensure it remains appropriate given market conditions and participant needs.
